We can pre-arrange a driver to come and collect you from the airport/train station so that there is no wait for a taxi and he will take you straight to your apartment.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Ruby BCN has been involved in a number of Property development Projects and has the contacts and skills to help you reform and develop your asset to achieve its maximum potential.

The above project carried out in Barcelona was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom worn down flat. We completely gutted the property and installed new wiring, new plumbing, heating, air con, a 2nd bathroom, new windows and doors. The kitchen and bathroom were moved to more convenient locations and that allowed for an open plan design. An open plan kitchen and a new bathroom with bathtub was installed. New flooring throughout. The terrace got wooden flooring. This project took 3 months to complete.

And afterwards the property doubled in value.

Ruby BCN loves IKEA. Unfortunately the services they offer at the moment do not include ordering online. We fill in that gap!

ONLINE ORDER AND SHOPPING

Email your Ikea List to: Rebecca@rubybcn.com  there is an option to make a list on the Ikea  website you can download the PDF and send it to us. We will send you our quote if you accept this once we receive the funds we will book your Ikea order within 2 working days.

DELIVERY

Once we have collected your shopping we take it to Ikea Delivery Service and they will provide the end service.
